طرز تهیه
اول شکر و تخم مرغ وانیل را پنح دقیقه با همزن برقی بزنید کشدار و غلیظ شد ماست را اضافه کنید سی ثانیه زده و بعد روغن مایه را افزوده
در اخر مخلوط ارد و بکینگ پودر ترکیب شده و الک شده را در دو مرحله بهش اضافه کنید و با لیسک فقط به صورت دورانی هم بزنید ( من بهش یک پیمانه کیک اسفنجی الک شده اضافه کردم سلیقه ای است ولی عالی شده بود ) تا یکدست شوند کف قالب و بدنه قالب را چرب کنید کف قالب کاغذ روغنی انداخته و مواد را بریزید تو قالب و بذارید تو فری که از یک ربع قبل گرم کرده بودید
50 دقیقه روی درجه ی 175 سانتیگراد بزارید بپزد
،بعد کیک را از فر بیرون آورده همونطور که گرم است شیر عسل و بریزید روی کیک و با پشت قاشق خوب صاف کنید و پودر نارگیلی که تفت داده بودین ( یا کیک الک شده ) یا پودر بیسکویت با دست بریزید روی کیک ( من از پودر کیک استفاده کردم )
کیک تا کاملا سرد نشده برش نزنیدچون خیلی لطیفه از هم پاشیده میشود

پیشنهاد : میتوانید از شکر کم کنید و کمی خرما بریزید من از خرما استفاد ه کردم
من یک پیمانه بهش پودر کیک الک شده داخل مایع کیک اضافه کردم که باغث شد کیک صاف و تختی در بیاید
من برای رویه از شیر عسل استفاده کردم که طعم ش عالی شده بود ولی می توانید براش کرم تهیه کنید
برای رویه از پودر کیک استفاده کنید که خیلی کار را زیبا تر می کند
برای صاف شدن سطح کیک چرب کردن دور قالب پیشنهاد میشود
جایگزین شیر عسلی
شیر 3 لیوان
نشاسته ذرت 2 قاشق سوپ خوری
وانیل 1/4 ف مخ
شکلات شیری 120 گرم
کره 50 گرم
در قابلمه بجز ( شکلات و کره ) بقیه مواد را ریخته روی حرارت ملایم قرار دهید و مدام هم میزنیم تا بپزد بعد از اینکه به قوام رسید از روی حرارت برمیداریم و کره و شکلات را اضافه میکنیم و هم میزنیم. تا مایع یکدست شود روی کیک پخته شده که کمی ولرم شده میریزیم و با قاشق روی کیک ریخته و صاف میکنیم.برای روی از پودر کیک ، بیسکویت یا پودر نارگیل تفت داده شده استفاده کنید ( هر کدام سلیقه تان است )
بیسکویت خرد شده یا کیک و یا پودر نارگیل تفت داده شده را روی کیک ریخته و بعد از خنک شدن برش داده یک شب در یخچال نگه میداریم و سپس سرو میکنیم .
