طرز تهیه
تخم مرغ+شكر+وانيل را با همزن برقي خوب بزنيد سپس خامه و پنير را به آن اضافه كرده هم بزنید و شیر را هم اضافه با عسل و سی ثانیه هم بزنید و روغن مایع را هم اضافه کنید
مواد مایع که آماده شد ارد را با پیگینگ پودر مخلوط کرده و الک کنید و به مواد مایه اضافه کنید .
. مواد را قالب كيكي كه از قبل چرب كرده و كمي آرد پاشيده قالب را برگردانید تا ارد اضافه بريزيد سپس قالب را در فر بگذاريد تا با حرارت 180 درجه سانتيگراد به مدت 40 دقيقه بپزد.
كيك را از فر خارج كنيد و به دلخواه تزئین کنید نیازی نیست کیک کا مل سرد شود ولرم که شد از قالب بیرون بیاورید نکته: می توانید عسل را حذف کنید. .. اگر قالب حفره دار باشد بهتر می پزد
