کوکی ها را روی کاغذ روغنی بگذارید و 30 دقیقه در یخچال بگذارید.
فر را با دمای 180 درجه سانتی گراد روشن کرده تا گرم شود.
کوکی های را به مدت 8 دقیقه در فر بگذارید تا کمی طلایی شود.
نصف کوکی ها را برگردانید با قیف یا قاشق کمی دلسه دولچه روی این کوکی ها بریزید کوکی های دیگر را روی آن ها قرار دهید تا مانند ساندویچ شود کمی فشار دهید. برای تزیین کوکی ها را در پودر نارگیل بزنید و کمی پودر قند روی آنها بپاشید. سرو و نوش جان کنید.
