پودر ژلاتین و شیر را در یک کاسه کوچک بریزید هم بزنید و به مدت 10 دقیقه کنار بگذارید.
توت فرنگی ها را در غذا ساز بریزید و تا به صورت پوره دربیاد سپس پوره را ازصافی رد کنید تا دانه های توت فرنگی جدا شود. پوره را به دو سوم و یک سوم تقسیم کنید و کنار بگذارید.
دریک قابلمه خامه ، شیر ، سه قاشق غذا خوری شکر و کمی نمک را بریزید روی حرارت بگذارید تا شکر حل شود. باید جوش ریز بزند. از روی حرارت بردارید و عصاره وانیل را اضافه کنید. ژلاتین را اضافه کنید و هم بزنید تا کاملا حل شود.
دو سوم پوره را که قبلا کنار گذاشته بودیم به این مواد اضافه کنید و هم بزنید تا یکدست شود.
سپس در لیوان های سرو بریزید. لیوان ها را حداقل 3 ساعت در یخچال قرار دهید.
یک سوم پوره را در یک قابلمه بریزید و 36 گرم شکر و 1 قاشق آبلیمو به آن اضافه کنید روی حرارت بگذارید هم بزنید تا شکر کاملا حل شود سپس شعله را خاموش کنید و اجازه دهید سرد شود
لیوان ها را از یخچال بیرون بیارید و کمی از پوره توت فرنگی را روی آن ها بریزید و تا زمان سرو در یخچال بگذارید.
