یک عدد زرده تخم مرغ با یک قاشق شیر مخلوط کنید و با قلم به آرامی روی خمیر رومال کنید
بطوری که پف خمیر نخوابد کنجد پاشیده داخل فر قرار دهید
فر رو از قبل با دمای ۱۸۰ درجه سانتیگراد گرم می کنیم . سینی رو طبقه وسط قرار می دهیم.25 دقیقه زمان نیاز دارد در مرحله اول
بعد از پخت کمی صبر کنید از قالب جدا کنید و بزارید چند ساعت بماند حدود 6 الی 8 ساعت تا برای برش راحت تر باشد
برش منظم و یک دست بدهید وداخل سینی چیده مجدد داخل فر قرار دهید تا برشته شود
مدت تقریبی ۸ الی ۱۰ کافیست برای طرف دیگر نان هم این کار را انجام دهید.
