بسیاری از افراد تو خونه لازانیا درست میکنن اما چون با اصولش آشنایی نیستن لازانیا یا خشک میشه و یا لایه ها از هم جدا میشه. در این دستور پخت میخوایم طرز تهیه لازانیا رو به روش ایتالیایی براتون توضیح بدیم امیدوارم که خوشتون بیاد.
ابتدا ماهیتابه را روی حرارت بگذارید و روغن زیتون رو داخلش بریزید. کمی که حرارت دادید گوشت چرخ کرده رو اضافه کنید. کمی تفت بدید و با قاشق چوبی از هم باز کنید.
پیاز و سیر رو اضافه کنید و بعد از کمی هم زدن، نمک و فلفل و پونه رو هم اضافه کنید و هم بزنید تا گوشت به رنگ قهوه ای در بیاد.
رب گوجه و پوره گوجه رو به همراه آب و برگ بو به گوشت اضافه کنید و صبر کنید تا جوش بیاد. بعد از جوش آمدن حرارت رو کم کنید و بگذارید حدود 1 ساعت آروم بپزه تا آبش کشیده بشه و غلیظ بشه.
بعد از پخت بذارید خنک بشه
سس بشامل
در قابلمه ای کره را بریزید تا روی حرارت آب بشه و آرد رو اضافه کنید. تند هم بزنید تا یه چیزی شبیه خمیر شکل بگیره.
به آرومی شیر ولرم رو اضافه کنید و به هم زدن ادامه بدید تا گلوله گلوله نشه
تا جایی هم بزنید که یک سس نرم و یکدست داشته باشیم. از روی حرارت بردارید و به سس نمک، فلفل، جوز هندی و پنیر پارمژان رو اضافه کنید و هم بزنید تا یکدست بشه
لازانیا
فر رو روشن کنید و روی 180 درجه بگذارید
مقداری از سس گوشت رو کف ظرف لازانیا بریزید و یکدست پخش کنید
پاستا رو روی سس گوشت بچینید و یک سوم سس گوشت رو روی پاستا بریزید و صاف کنید
سپس یک چهارم سس بشامل رو روی گوشت بریزید و روش کمی پنیر پیتزا رنده شده بریزید
این کار رو تکرار کنید و در نهایت روی همه مواد سس بشامل رو که ریختین کمی پنیر پیتزا رنده شده بریزید
فویل آلومینیومی رو چرب کنید و روی ظرف رو با فویل بپوشونید. چرب کردن فویل باعث میشه پنیر بهش نچسبه
به مدت 40 دقیقه در فر بپزید و بعد فویل رو بردارید و 15 دقیقه دیگه بپزید تا روش قهوه ای بشه
قبل از سرو اجازه بدید 15-20 دقیقه خنک بشه. نوش جان
