دریک کاسه بزرگ آرد، پودر کاکائو، جوش شیرین و نمک بریزید و خوب مخلوط کنید. کنار بگذارید.
در یک کاسه دیگر کره و شکر را با همزن بزنید تا نرم شود. تخم مرغ ها را یکی یکی اضافه کنید و هر بار خوب بزنید. روغن، سرکه، عصاره وانیل و باترملیک را اضافه کنید و با همزن بزنید. سپس مواد تر را به مواد خشکی که کنار گذاشته بودیم اضافه کرده و با همزن خوب بزنید.
خمیر را در قالب کیک بریزید طوری که ¾ آن ها را بپوشاند.
20 دقیقه بپزید تا زمانی که اگر خلال دندان داخلش زدید تمیز بیرون بیاید.
کاپ کیک ها را روی توری بگذارید تا خنک شوند.
برای تهیه رویه کاپ کیک ها
در یک کاسه بزرگ پنیر خامه ای و کره را بریزیدو 4 الی 5 دقیقه با همزن بزنید تا فرم خامه ای و نرم بگیرد. سپس پودرقند را اضافه کرده و بزنید و بعد عصاره وانیل را اضافه کنید و خوب هم بزنید تا فرم یگیرد.
کاپ کیک ها با این مواد به طور دلخواه تزیین کنید.

تمام مواد کاپ کیک ها بهتر است به دمای اتاق برسند.
شما می توانید از آرد مخصوص کیک یا آرد همه منظوره استفاده کنید.
به جای باترمیلک می توانید 1 قاشق غذاخوری سرکه به شیر اضافه کنید (خوب مخلوط کنید و حدود 5 الی 10 دقیقه کنار بگذارید.)
