امروز اومدیم با یک چیز کیک توت فرنگی که برای پایه این چیز کیک از بیسکوییت کرم دار و لایه وسط اون پر از پنیر وتوت فرنگیه ومیتونه دسر مورد علاقه عاشقان توت فرنگی باشه
در غذا ساز بیسکوییت ها رو پودر کرده وکره ذوب شده رو اضافه میکنیم خمیر بدست امده را در قالبی به قطر 20 سانتی متر ریخته و با پشت قاشق فشار میدهیم و در فریزر میگزاریم
مایه چیزکیک
در یک کاسه کوچک پودر ژلاتین و اب سردرا هم میزنیم و کنار میگذاریم
توت فرنگی ها در غذا ساز ریخته و پوره میکنیم
در یک کاسه بزرگ پنیر خامه ای و عصاره وانیل و پودر قند را با همزن میزنیم تا نرم و یکدست شود پوره توت فرنگی را اضافه کرده مخلوط میکنیم تا ترکیب شوند جدا گانه خامه را فرم داده و به مخلوط بدست امده اضافه میکنیم
پودر ژلاتین را به همراه آب به مدت 15 ثانیه در ماکروفر میگذاریم تا خوب ذوب شود و بعد از سرد شدن به مخلوط اضافه میکنیم
مایه بدست امده را در قالب کمربندی و روی پایه ریخته و در یخچال می گذاریم
لایه روی کیک
در یک کاسه کوچک پودر ژلاتین و اب را هم میزنیم و کنار میگزاریم در یک قابلمه کوچک اب و شکر و پودر کاکائو رو مخلوط میکنیم تا یکدست شود و قابلمه را روی شعله ملایم قرار میدهیم تا شکر حل شود خامه را اضافه کرده و بعد از حل شدن خامه قابلمه رااز روی حرارت را بر میداریم و ژلاتین ذوب شده را اضافه میکنیم و میگذاریم کمی خنک شود
برای اطمینان مواد را از الک رد کنید و روی چیز کیک بریزید و یک شب در یخچال استراحت کند و با توت فرنگی تزیین کنید
