در قابلمه بزرگی آب و نمک بریزید و اجازه بدید جوش بیاد. پاستا یا اسپاگتی رو داخل آب جوش بپزید
در ماهیتابه ای کره و روغن زیتون رو برییزد و آب کنید. پیاز رو ریز خرد کنید و توی روغن و کره تفت بدید. حدود 2-3 دقیقه تفت بدید کافیه.
سیر رنده شده رو اضافه کنید و حدود 1 دقیقه تفت بدید
قارچ ها رو اضافه کنید و تفت بدید تا طلایی بشه. نمک، فلفل و آویشن رو هم اضافه کنید و هم بزنید. این کار حدود 6-7 دقیقه طول میکشه و بعد سرکه رو اضافه کنید و بپزید تا حجم مایعات به نصف برسه
در مرحله بعد عصاره مرغ، خامه، پنیر پارمژان، نمک، فلف و آویشن رو اضافه کنید و هم بزنید و بذارید قل بزنه و به جوش ریز برسه.
پاستا ها رو اضافه کنید و به همراه جعفری خرد شده هم بزنید تا مخلوط بشه با سس و بعد سرو کنید

در رسپی اصلی سرکه نیست و اگر نخواستید سرکه اضافه کنید میتونید معادلش عصاره مرغ یا خامه اضافه کنید و یا اصلا حذفش کنید
اگر قارچ وحشی پیدا نکردید از هر قارچی که دوست داشتید میتونید استفاده کنید
