درست کردن این دسر توت فرنگی و خامه به شدت آسونه. برای روز ولنتاین و وقتایی که دلتون یه دسر فوری میخواد عالیه. این دسر نیازی به پخت و هرگونه مهارت آشپزی خاصی نداره.
1.بیسکوییت ها رو با دستتون یا با غذاساز خرد کنید تا کاملا پودر شوند.
2.توت فرنگی ها را به مکعب های کوچک خرد کنید.
3.خامه را با پودر قند و عصاره وانیل فرم دهید تا به مرحله ی سافت پیکس برسد و به صورت نوک تیز روی پره های همزن بماند. خامه ی فرم گرفته را داخل قیف پلاستیکی بریزید.
سرهم کردن دسر:
4. 2 تا 3 قاشق غذاخوری پودر بیسکوییت را در ظرف دسر بریزید. بعد از خامه ی فرم گرفته روی آن بریزید. 3 تا 4 قاشق چایخوری توت فرنگی خرد شده روی خامه بریزید و این مراحل را تا سه لایه ی دیگر تکرار کنید.
