200گرمكره یا روغن صاف قنادی
100گرمپودر قند الك شده.
¼قاشق مربا خوری وانيل
2قاشق سوپ خوری مارمالاد دلخواه.
1عددسفيده تخم مرغجهت رومال کردن
2قاشق سوپ خوری بادام يا پسته براي تزئين
طرز تهیه
زرده هاي تخم مرغ را داغ رنده كنيد و با پودر قند ، كره ، وانيل مخلوط كنيد ارد الك شده را كم كم به آن اضافه كنيد و خوب مالش مي دهيم تا خميربدست بيايد
خمير را در كيسه فريزر گذاشته و با دست پهن كنيد و داخل يخچال یک ساعت استراحت دهيد
خمير را كمي ورز دهيد و بين دو كاغذ روغني باز كنيد به قطر سه ميليمتر باز ميكنيم با كاتر هر شكلي كه خواستيم قالب ميزنيم قسمت روي را هم با يك حلقه كوجك خمير وسط انرا برداشته تا مارمالاد خودش را بهتر نشان دهد
اگر خمير شما خيلي نرم است بعد از قالب زدن قابل برداشتن با كارتك نيست ميتوانيد داخل يخچال گذاشته به مدت بيست دقيقه تا سفت شود و به راحتي از كاغذ روغني جدا شود اين كار باعث ميشود هم شيريني راحت از كاغذ روغني جدا شود و هم شكل ظاهري خودش را حفظ كند
در ليست با فاصله خمير را قرار دهيد و روي انرا سفيد تخم مرغ زده و كمي خلال بادام يا پسته روي ان ريخته و در فر از قبل كرم شده به مدت ١٠ الی 15 دقيقه و با درجه حرارت ١٨٠ سانتيگراد قرار دهيد

شیرینی فوق العاد نرمی هست حتما بین دو کاغذ روغنی باز کنید و بعد از کاتر زدن و قبل از بلند کردن چند دقیقه داخل یخچال بزارید
