خامه، كره و زرده ي تخم مرغ را با چنگال هم بزنيد و آرد را اضافه كنيد تا خمير كاملاً نرم و لطيفي به دست آيد.

خمیر استراحت کرده را از یخچال بیرون بیاوید و یکی از گلوله ها را به كمك وردنه و آرد روي سطح آردپاشي شده باز كرده (هر قدر نازك باشد بهتر است) و خمير را به صورت برش پيتزايي به 8 قسمت مساوي به شكل مثلث مستاوی الساقین برش بزنيد. از مغزي آماده داخل هر مثلث قرار داده و خیلی ارام لوله كنيد سپس داخل سيني فر چيده در دماي 175 درجه ي سانتي گراد به مدت 15 الی 20 دقيقه بپزيد.
بعد از خنك شدن مي توانيد روي شيريني پودر شكر الك كرده و تزيين كنيد.
اگر تمایل به نگهداری این شیرینی دارید می توانید بدون این که پودر قند یهش اضافه کنید داخل فریزر قرار دهید و هر وقت نیاز داشتید می توانید یک ساعت زودتر بیرون بیاورید و پودر قند بهش بپاشید

قابل نگهداری به مدت سه ماه در فریزر.. تزئین ش سلیقه ای است از همین مواد هم می توانید قطاب درست کنید که بسیار تردد و لذیذ است نکته : مواد میانی را خیلی نازک داخل سیگارت قرار دهید چون بعد از پخت مواد بیرون میریزد برایی پهن کردن این خمیر آرد را با دقت اضافه کنید چون خمیر لطافت خودش را از دست میدهد درست کردن خمیر کمی سخته پس دقت کنید می توانید با سس شکلات و پسته تزئین کنید یا با شکلات یا عسل نوک سیگارت را اغشته کنید و در پودر پسته فرو کنید
