شپردز پای کاملترین و راحتترین غذاییه که تا حالا خوردین. لایه ای از گوشت بره چرخ شده با لایه ای از پوره ی سیب زمینی و سبزیجات! این غذا بسیار غنی و راحت است...و همچینین انتخاب خوبی برای روز های سرد زمستانیست.
سیب زمینی ها را پوست گرفته و چهار قاچ کنید. در یک قابلمه متوسط بریزید و روی آن آب سرد بریزید. روی حرارت زیاد قرار دهید ، یک قاشق چایخوری نمک اضافه کنید ،ذر ظرف را بگذارید تا به جوش آید. آنقدر بپزید تا سیب زمینی ها نرم شوند.
در حالی که سیب زمینی ها در حال پخت هستند ، روغن زیتون را در یک تابه متوسط گرم کنید. پیاز را به آن اضافه کنید و به مدت 2-3 دقیقه تفت دهید، سیر خرد شده و هویج خرد شده را اضافه کنید ، و تا زمانی که هویج ها نرم شوند تفت دهید، حدود 5-7 دقیقه.

هنگامی که سیب زمینی ها پختند آنها را به یک کاسه منتقل کنید. کره ، شیر ، زرده تخم مرغ ، نمک و فلفل را اضافه کنید. مواد را باهم مخلوط کنید تا یکدست شوند.
فر را از قبل در دمای 200 درجه سانتی گراد گرم کنید.
مواد گوشتی را در یک قالب 22*33 سانتی پیرکس پهن کنید. پوره سیب زمینی را روی مخلوط گوشت پخش کنید.
به مدت 20-25 دقیقه یا تا زمانی که پوره ی سیب زمینی طلایی شود بپزید.
