250گرمروغن مایع حلوا را نرم تر و براق تر میکند
1قاشق مربا خوریپودر هل
4قاشق سوپ خوریزعفران دم کرده غلیظ
طرز تهیه
در اولین مرحله آرد را الک کنید
ارد را با حرارت ملایم تفت دهید حدود یک ساعت زمان نیاز دارد اگر ارد در جای مرطوبی بود احتمالا بعد از حرارت گلوله گلوله میشه پس بعد از تفت دادن مجدد الک کنید
بعد روغن حیوانی ، کره به دمای محیط رسید ، روغن مایع را اضافه کنید وتفت دهید حدود یک ربع با روغن تفت دهید
شیر و شکر را روی حرارت بزارید وقتی مایع شروع به جوشیدن کرد زعفران دم کرده و هل را اضافه کنید
شیر به خورد حلوا رفت از روی حرارت بردارید کمی از حلوا را برای تزئین کنار بزارید
حلوا را داخل ظرف ریخته و با ماسوره تزئین کنید
یادداشت
برای تزئین کمی پودر کاکائو را با شیر گرم مخلوط کنیدبه حلوا اضافه کنید تا بتوانید راحت ماسوره بزنید
