برای مواد میانی جایگزین بستنی می توانید از کرم پاتیسیر هم استفاده کنید
در ترکیه از کره گیاهی یا حیوانی استفاده می کنند
می توانید از ترکیب شیر، آب استفاده کنید و حرارت را بقدری کم کنید که ایرمیک مغز پخت شود
