نکته. نکته :سبزی، ترش واش ( نوعی سبزی معطر بومی گیلان) است که شامل ، نعناع، خالواش، چوچاق، واران بو ، برگ چغندر ، جعفری ، سیر، بنجیل ، تمامی این سبزی ها را در چرخ گوشت می ریزیم تا خوب ساییده و خرد شود و سپس سبزی را برای سرخ کردن آماده می کنیم
