آش ترخينه انتخابی مناسب ، خوب و خوشمزه برای روزهای سرد پاييز و زمستان که بیشتر در ایام سرما خوردگی مورد استفاده است

عدس را بعد از خیس کردن به صورت جدا گانه پخته و كنار بگذاريد .
ترخینه را هم چند ساعت جلو تر خیس کنید
ترخینه را با 3 لیوان آب داخل قابلمه ریخته و اجازه دهید تا حدود یک ساعت پخته شود بعد از ان عدس پخته شده را اضافه کنید
نیم ساعت دیگر زمان می دهیم تا آش ما جا بیفتد سبزی را اضافه کنید یک جوش که زد به آن ادویه و پیاز سرخ شده را اضافه کنید تا آش حسابی قوام بیایید و جا بیفتد تو اين زمان هرزگاهي مواد آش رو هم بزنيد كه ته نگيرد
اگر بخواهید میتوانید ده دقیقه قبل از اتمام کار کشک را کم کم اضافه کنید تا آش نبرد . یا میتوانید موقع سرو کردن کشک را اضافه کنید
با پونه و پیاز داغ روی آش را تزئین کنید

هر چي پياز داغ اين آش بيشتر باشه در نتيجه آش خوش رنگ و لعابتري خواهيد داشت پس تو آماده كردن پياز داغ آش ترخينه با دست دلبازي تموم اقدام كنيد.
